61. Four Roses Dance Party

I met some really cool people at the Indiana Preservation conference this week. The highlight was meeting the Moonshine Archaeologist - Cassie Medeiros. We presented together for Educational Session 13: The Archaeology of Imbibing.

The presentations went well and I learned something. One of the audience members worked for Columbia Records and remembered a run of 'conscription records' that were customized for Four Roses in 1961. The record was called the "Four Roses Dance Party". Thanks to the wonders of the internet someone recorded the two of the songs that were on this record. Looks like you might be able to listen to the rest on Spotify.
